Hello Guys,

This post is long time coming. I began writing this post during the first week of January but couldn’t manage to finish it due to various reasons. 2019 has been rocky so far but I am hoping that things will improve soon. Anyways, before talking about 2019 and my goals for this year, lets talk about the year that went by in a jiffy… 2018.

2018 was an eventful year and was filled with many remarkable moments. I achieved my life long dream of getting my Masters, travelled a lot, went to One Republic concert, attended many family …

Happy New Year to Everyone!!!

We are saying goodbye to yet another year and ushering in a brand new one. 2018 was a good year for me with sprinkling of bad in between. But I will reflect on 2018 in upcoming posts. First, I want to talk about few of my favorite books from this year.

2018 wasn’t a great reading year for me. I set forth with an objective of reading 52 books but miserably fell short by 27 books. I managed to read just 25 books in the entire year. Though my numbers are bad, I do …

I celebrated my 30th birthday two weeks ago. It was a special one. Not because I entered the 30’s saying goodbye to the coveted 20’s. But because it strengthened my last year’s belief that age is just a number. I felt no different as I blew the three candles on my cake placed by my husband to commemorate me entering my 30’s. Long ago, I held the popular opinion that entering 30’s means the end of adventures as we know it. But with my husband gifting tickets to South Africa I realized that nothing will change. I will still go …

What is Love?

Love is when you feel a gush of happiness waking up next to them,

Love is when you will do anything to make them smile,

Love is when their hug comforts you more than a thousand words,

Love is when lying next to them is the best part of your day,

Love is when your home is not a place but a person,

Love is when you no longer say the words ‘I Love You’ but feel it with every touch.

Love is when you pen mushy poems like this for them.

Hi guys! I am back. Back from where? Well, 2018 started off with a bang and we went on a 17 days long road trip to Rajasthan, Agra and Delhi with our Canadian friends. But before I talk about this I want to look back at 2017 and all it had to offer.

The year 2017 was a mixed bag. Unlike the last couple of years it wasn’t happiness all the way. 2017 threw a couple of curve balls our way which caused unexpected upheaval and unrest. But it was also filled with so many beautiful moments that 2017 never …

I am 29 years old now. That means I have finally entered the 3-0 club. And I feel no different. Just because I am 30 I don’t think I have matured or am suddenly capable of imparting wisdom. Oh, there was a time when 30 was old for me. I thought being 30 would mean the end of the world as it is. But, how naïve I was. Age is just a number and there is so much more I still have to learn and do.

After the turbulent May, things have been settling down off late. One unforeseen event …
