Hi guys! I am back. Back from where? Well, 2018 started off with a bang and we went on a 17 days long road trip to Rajasthan, Agra and Delhi with our Canadian friends. But before I talk about this I want to look back at 2017 and all it had to offer.

The year 2017 was a mixed bag. Unlike the last couple of years it wasn’t happiness all the way. 2017 threw a couple of curve balls our way which caused unexpected upheaval and unrest. But it was also filled with so many beautiful moments that 2017 never …

I am 29 years old now. That means I have finally entered the 3-0 club. And I feel no different. Just because I am 30 I don’t think I have matured or am suddenly capable of imparting wisdom. Oh, there was a time when 30 was old for me. I thought being 30 would mean the end of the world as it is. But, how naïve I was. Age is just a number and there is so much more I still have to learn and do.

Dear 2016

Dear 2016,

I am sad to see you go. I know many people have said that you have been shitty and are glad that you are over and I get why. The world had a difficult 2016. You will be cherished for being yet another great travel year. I went on two fantastic international trips to …

As I sit in my comfy chair and type away I realize that I missed my home more than I thought I would. Not that our 25 day long road trip wasn’t magical… because it was, and I can’t wait for our next big adventure. But being home in your pj’s, not bothering about how you look and just relaxing has its own charm and I terribly missed it.

I know you guys are lost and are wondering what 25 days long road trip am I talking about? Well, I was off to Bhutan in the month of December and …

Bookstores are every book lover’s paradise. And when there is a sale in this paradise nothing can stop a book nerd from buying more books.

And that’s what happened to me over the weekend. I already own 190 unread books on my shelf but the moment I heard that one of my favorite bookstores ‘Landmark’ was having a nearly 50% off sale I went to the store and ended up buying 3 books.

But hey, I have no regrets. Firstly, because I am proud of myself for buying just 3 books and secondly, book shopping makes me happy. And there …
