It took a lot of time for me to digest the fact that King of Pop was no more. I grew up listening to his songs and I was at a point of time crazily in love with his black or white. I wouldn’t get the lyrics of the song so I would just make up my own lyrics and sing it and scream Black or White as I sure I am getting those two words right atleast. My Grand Pa was a huge fan of his dance and I remember trying to dance like him. His music I think spoke to every soul. His music is just more than music it’s something that speaks to you and something much deeper than we will ever know. I was somehow ok until I turned on VH1 who were airing his songs. That’s when it finally hit me! I just realized what we all had lost and that’s when I had tears in my eyes. My dad who hardly listens to English songs and watches Hollywood movies knew MJ and also could sing his song. That just goes on to show his popularity all over the world. I am damn sure that there is not a single soul in the world that might not have heard of Michael Jackson. Even blogging and writing about him is so tough. I will never say that I am his huge fan but I liked him a lot and I just hope that he rests in peace.
I know I said that I won’t talk about cricket but I need to take my mind off MJ. Yuvi was brilliant yesterday but still India isn’t in the form it was before. Dhoni seems to be in worst form of his life. Hope he gets his form back soon. I miss Sachin. He should have played T20. It for sure wouldn’t have been such a big disaster if he was playing. T20 was a big let down for me. Not only did India not make it to semis but SA dint win the cup…. I wanted either India or SA to win the cup but Pakistan won :((.
Anyways guys got to go now… going to a movie today. Will blog about it for sure 😉
