Hi guys! I am back. Back from where? Well, 2018 started off with a bang and we went on a 17 days long road trip to Rajasthan, Agra and Delhi with our Canadian friends. But before I talk about this I want to look back at 2017 and all it had to offer.

The year 2017 was a mixed bag. Unlike the last couple of years it wasn’t happiness all the way. 2017 threw a couple of curve balls our way which caused unexpected upheaval and unrest. But it was also filled with so many beautiful moments that 2017 never …

Dear 2016,

I am sad to see you go. I know many people have said that you have been shitty and are glad that you are over and I get why. The world had a difficult 2016. But to me you have been great and I will always be thankful for that. That is not to say that you were perfect and didn’t throw any curveballs my way, it’s just that the wonderful moments you gave have outweighed the bad ones.

You will be cherished for being yet another great travel year. I went on two fantastic international trips to …

As I sit in my comfy chair and type away I realize that I missed my home more than I thought I would. Not that our 25 day long road trip wasn’t magical… because it was, and I can’t wait for our next big adventure. I know you guys are lost and are wondering what 25 days long road trip am I talking about? Well, I was off to Bhutan in the month of December and …

Anyways, here are the list of books I managed to read in the months of May and June –

May wasn’t a very good reading month for me. I managed to read only two books and one of them was a graphic novel. But the two books that I did read were nothing short of brilliant.

Saga Volume 1 by

april-movie wrap

April was a good movie month for me. I watched 12 movies and I loved most of them.

Here are mini reviews of the movies that I saw –

Byomkesh Bakshi

This was one of my most anticipated Hindi movies of the year and I wasn’t disappointed. Sushant Singh Rajput was perfectly cast as Byomkesh Bakshi. He gave full justice to the role with proper mannerisms and body language that the character demanded. It was a delightful thriller with brilliant direction and fantastic screenplay.

Set in the dark and frenzied era of early 1940’s Calcutta, the movie is a contemporary …

Hey Guys.

I can’t believe that May is here already. It feels like it was just yesterday that I was saying ‘I can’t believe its April already’. This year has been running very fast and I am struggling to catch up with it.

April was once again a busy and one of the best months of my life. Yeah, I am not liking the summer and the heat but everything else has been beautiful.

Catching Up with Friends

In the month of April, I finally found time to catch up with my friends over drinks. Meeting them made me realize …
